About the Journal
IN-COMED Proceedings is the official peer-reviewed conference proceedings of The International Conference on Management, Education and Development (IN-COMED), organized by the Forum Program Studi Manajemen Pendidikan Islam (FPMPI), Indonesia.
IN-COMED serves as an international scholarly platform that brings together researchers, academics, policymakers, educational leaders, practitioners, professionals, and graduate students to exchange knowledge, disseminate research findings, and discuss innovative solutions to contemporary challenges in education, leadership, management, human development, artificial intelligence, and sustainable development.
The inaugural conference, IN-COMED 2026, carries the main theme:
"Transforming Education, Leadership, and Human Development in the Age of Artificial Intelligence and Global Sustainability."
The conference encourages interdisciplinary collaboration and promotes high-quality scientific contributions that address the rapid transformation of education and society in the era of digital innovation and global sustainability.
The proceedings publish original research articles, review papers, conceptual papers, and case studies that have been accepted through a rigorous double-blind peer-review process conducted by an international scientific committee. All accepted papers are evaluated based on originality, methodological rigor, scientific contribution, ethical standards, and relevance to the conference themes.

The proceedings are published by the Forum Program Studi Manajemen Pendidikan Islam (FPMPI), a professional academic association established in 2016 to strengthen collaboration among Islamic Educational Management Study Programs in Indonesian higher education institutions. FPMPI promotes academic excellence through curriculum development, research collaboration, scientific publications, quality assurance, accreditation support, community engagement, and international partnerships. Through IN-COMED, FPMPI expands its commitment to creating a global platform for interdisciplinary research and academic exchange that contributes to educational transformation and sustainable societal development.
Publication Ethics
All submitted manuscripts must be original, unpublished, and not under consideration by any other publication. Every submission is screened for plagiarism and evaluated through a double-blind peer-review process. Authors are fully responsible for the integrity, accuracy, and ethical conduct of their research.
